Through the TEAM and CHANGES programs funded by the California Public Utilities Commission, the Alliance for African Assistance aims to help anyone with any problems regarding their Gas, Electric or Telecommunications company. They have assisted many people with issues ranging from finding discount and emergency assistance programs, Lifeline application, Lifeline denial, wrongful termination, early termination fees, late payment fees, equipment damaged or faulty, and many other unwarranted charges.
