It was created to meet the health needs of local residents by providing current health information from authoritative and reliable sources, both in print and online forms. Visit the library for research assistance, free health education programs, pamphlets DVDs anatomical models, charts, online databases, fitness kits that can be checked out to try at home, and a website with extensive links to all major health topics.
The library space is open to the public. Public computers are available, study rooms, and one conference room (may be reserved by eligible nonprofits). The library now hosts a Health & Wellness Book Mobile.
