- Lectures — Topics include caregiving, fall prevention, brain health, arthritis, memory skills and more
- Fitness — Gentle exercise, yoga and more
- Safety — Project CARE (Community Action to Reach the Elderly) is a free service for seniors or disabled adults who live alone and provides daily phone calls, Vial of Life information and more
- Screenings — Diabetes, cardiac risk factor, lung function, blood pressure, medication management, stroke, osteoporosis, cancer and more

- COVID-19 Testing Sites–Health plans are required to cover COVID-19 tests at no cost to the enrollee. It is recommended that you first contact your healthcare provider for a COVID-19 test. If you are unable to get a test from your healthcare provider, the County of San Diego (County) has coordinated free diagnostic COVID-19 testing at many locations. These tests take about 5-10 minutes. Results generally come back in approximately 2-4 days. Click here for site locations.

- Flu Vaccines--The CDC recommends that everyone 6 months old and older get a flu shot every year. It takes about two weeks for immunity to develop, so get vaccinated early in the fall, before flu seasons begins or as soon as you can. The influenza vaccine is now available at doctors' offices and pharmacies throughout San Diego Co. and is covered by health insurance. If you do not have coverage, you can get vaccinated at one of the County's six Public Health Center or a local community clinic.
