HEALTH CARE ACCESS
One-e-App is a Web-based system offering an efficient one-stop approach to enrollment in a range of health, social services and other support programs for San Diego residents. Programs include CalFresh (Food Stamps), Medi-Cal, as well other health and utility assistance programs.
With One-e-App, low-income families and individuals provide information one time and are screened for more than 12 programs and services. Applications and documentation are submitted (where possible electronically) to programs for which applicants are likely eligible.
One-e-App is available to the public online at www.myoneeapp.org, or applicants can be assisted by specially trained Benefit and Enrollment Specialists at 2-1-1 San Diego, who can be reached by dialing 2-1-1.
