HEALTH CARE ACCESS


SELF-GUIDED ONLINE APPLICATION ASSISTANCE (One-e-App):
One-e-App is a Web-based system offering an  efficient one-stop approach to enrollment in a range of health, social services and other support programs for San Diego residents. Programs include CalFresh (Food Stamps), Medi-Cal, as well other health and utility assistance programs.

With One-e-App, low-income families and individuals provide information one time and are screened for more than 12  programs and services. Applications and documentation are submitted (where possible electronically) to programs for which applicants are likely eligible.

One-e-App is available to the public online at www.myoneeapp.org,
or applicants can be assisted by specially trained Benefit and Enrollment Specialists at 2-1-1 San Diego, who can be reached by dialing 2-1-1.

San Diego Mental Health Access & Crisis Line

The Access and Crisis Line provides suicide and crisis intervention services for children, adults, and older adults; referrals and/or authorizations for mental health services for the Medi-Cal and uninsured populations; and general mental health information and referrals for the community of San Diego.



California's Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP) Program

CHDP Program is the primary program to help connect parents/guardians to no-cost or low-cost local, and state-sponsored health insurance programs for their children. For more information on the CHDP Program, visit
