ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL) INSTRUCTION
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the larger numbers of refugees coming into the El Cajon community, there is an increasing demand for English as a Second Language (ESL) Instruction. It is therefore HIGHLY recommended that you call an individual school or location about their current classes and availability. If the newcomer has CalWORKs or other cash assistance, there should be a case manager who is specifically assigned to help them with the task of learning English. Please connect with the case managers to make the best referral for the family or individual, there may be additional options outside of these classes.
