• San Diego Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (SD PACE) – SD PACE is a program designed to address the healthcare needs of frail elderly individuals 55 years or older. SD PACE provides a variety of care including: medication, physical therapy, meals, transportation to and from visits, a day
program for socialization and many other services.
• Medical Services / Primary Care Services - The entire family can benefit from high quality medical care provided by
our compassionate physicians and care teams.
• Dental Services – The entire family will be able to access dental care services provided by experienced, licensed
pediatric and general dentists. Since this is San Ysidro Health’s first dental department in El Cajon, you will be able to make appointments and see a dentist with little or no waiting.
• Behavioral Health Services – Since this is San Ysidro Health’s first behavioral health department in El Cajon, you will be able to make counseling/ therapy appointments with little or no
waiting.
• Chiropractic – This new service assists patients to resolve or reduce back pain caused by strain, sports, or hard physical work.
• Diagnostic Laboratory – This site provides full diagnostic laboratory services.
• Eligibility Assistance – We have specially trained staff to assist you with applying for health care coverage.
• Transportation Service – Make an appointment for this free service where we will pick you up at your home, take you to your health visit and then back home.
